What is T2M Academy?
T2M Academy — Technician to Manager is the leadership-development brand of Liberatus Coaching. It develops emerging and experienced leaders through individual programs and organizational engagements.
Is T2M Academy only for technicians?
No. The technician-to-manager transition is the clearest use case, especially in home service, but the work also fits supervisors, department leaders, and experienced managers in operator-led companies.
Do I have to begin with T2M Intro?
No. Intro is a complete readiness experience, but it is not a prerequisite for Core. The right starting point depends on role, experience, readiness, and current need.
Why is Core longer than Advanced?
Core builds the full performer-to-leader foundation over six months. Advanced assumes management experience and concentrates on alignment, judgment, influence, delegation, difficult conversations, and greater complexity.
Is Advanced the level after Core?
Not automatically. Advanced is designed for experienced managers. A Core graduate may not need Advanced, and an experienced manager may begin with Advanced when the fit is clear.
Who may enroll in T2M Continued?
Continued is available only to graduates of T2M Core or T2M Advanced. It uses current leadership conditions for calibration rather than repeating prior curriculum.
How are individual programs delivered?
Individual programs are live virtual sessions. Intro runs about eight weeks, Core runs six months, Advanced runs three months, and Continued runs six months.
How are organizational packages delivered?
Leadership Essentials is two consecutive onsite days. Complete and Signature begin with four consecutive onsite days. Signature then adds six monthly 90-minute virtual group sessions.
How many people may attend an organizational engagement?
Standard package pricing includes up to 15 participants. Larger groups require a second cohort or a custom scope.
Are travel expenses included?
No. Airfare, hotel, and local transportation are quoted separately. Standard continental-U.S. shipping to one address is included.
What does T2M Academy promise?
T2M provides live instruction, reflection, application, feedback, and accountability designed to support leadership development. It does not guarantee financial results, promotions, retention, or behavior change.
How are the cost benchmarks calculated?
The What’s the Cost page uses 2025 national median wage proxies from BLS data published through O*NET, then applies Gallup’s planning estimates of 80% of annual salary for technical professionals and 200% for leaders and managers. Every proxy and source is labeled on the page.
Does the cost calculator guarantee a return?
No. It is a planning and discussion tool. Actual turnover and operational costs vary, and T2M Academy does not guarantee savings, retention, performance improvement, or financial return.
How does the Intro-to-Core credit work?
If an Intro participant later enrolls in Core, 75% of the Intro investment is credited toward Core. The approved credit does not expire.
Can I pay for an individual program myself?
Yes. Individual participants may self-fund their development. T2M Academy accepts all major credit cards, and financing options are available to help qualified individuals spread the investment over time. Financing approval, rates, and terms vary by provider.
Will I be pressured to buy?
No. The conversation is used to understand fit and explain the most responsible next step. T2M does not use false scarcity, manufactured urgency, or aggressive closing.
